Bering Sea Combination Trawl
A high-opening trawl with a large-mesh bottom and long, smooth, body tapers that allow fish easy access to the codend. It incorporates a detachable roller gear footrope, or a chain footrope, for changing fishing conditions.
Features
- Designed with large-mesh wings, small-mesh belly, and an overhanging headrope for better herding capabilities when fishing near the bottom.
- Ideal for catching bottom-dwelling fish schools.
- Constructed using high-grade nylon and polyethylene netting which allows for greater durability and strength.
- Cut-back lower wings for ease of maintenance.
